Renovation of a municipal facility in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Included in the proposal will need to be: Provide (1) replacement RTU 5-ton cooling with gas heat. Provide RTU economizer and barometric damper for free cooling and building pressure. Provide crane service to remove existing unit and install (1) new RTU with curb adapter. Recover refrigerant from existing RTU and dispose of RTU/refrigerant. Install 2" gas piping and piping hangers from ground (meter) to upper roof to new RTU. Install (1) future gas piping tee with valve on upper roof. (Future use) Reuse existing electrical. Start-up to unit and check operation. Shipping to site. Time frame to complete project.
