Demolition and site work for a residential development in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Project includes the following Work: Demolition of structures located within the former Town of Henderson at the following addresses: 108 Walnut Street, 110 Walnut Street, 111 Walnut Street, 114 Chestnut Street, 502 Holloway Street, 504 Holloway Street & 560 Sycamore Street. The Work will be substantially completed within 21 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 30 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $500 per day. The Mason County Development Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
