Demolition and site work for a residential development in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Demolition of structures located within the former Town of Henderson at the following addresses: 104 Locust Street, 205 Holloway Street, 112 Chestnut Street, 306 Walnut Street, 111 Walnut Street and, 560 Sycamore Street. The Work will be substantially completed within 30 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 45 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $500 per day. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Mason County Development Authority in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid.
