Renovation of a municipal facility in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The total base bid price for the contract shall include the costs for furnishing labor and materials and performing all work set forth in the Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Form of Proposal, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, and Plans and Detail Specifications prepared by Chapman Technical Group. The work to be bid upon is described as follows, but not limited to: Historic restoration and repairs to the Mason County Courthouse including repair, replacement, and repointing of the stone veneer, steps, and parapet caps, repair and repointing of brick walls, and repair of structural lintels along with other incidental construction in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Chapman Technical Group. Construction time limit is 180 calendar days to Substantial Completion. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of the Bids.
