Demolition of structures located within the former Town of Henderson at the following addresses: 102 Locust Street (1 Mobile Home, 1 Carport, 1 House), 104 Locust Street (1 Outbuilding), 105.5 Walnut Street (1 House), 204 Walnut Street (1 House), 206 Henderson Street (1 House, 1 Outbuilding), 206 Walnut Street (1 Garage/Apartment), 307 Wilson Street (1 House, 1 Outbuilding), 405 Chestnut Street (1 House, 1 Outbuilding), 409 Chestnut Street (1 Mobile Home), 502 Locust Street (1 Mobile Home, 2 Outbuildings). Bids for the construction of the project will be received at the Mason County Development Authority Office at 305 Main Street, Point Pleasant, WV 25550, until October 21, 2025 at 2:00 PM local time, at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read. A pre-bid conference will be held at 206 Henderson Street, Henderson, WV 25550. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. QA date - 10-14-2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: As indicated at Pre-Bid Conference. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
