Renovation of a municipal facility in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work includes removal and proper disposal of the existing EPDM roof system down to the existing deck, repair of existing decking, asbestos remediation and disposal, removal and disposal of an existing roof mounted storage area, and installation of a new fully adhered EPDM roof system with new insulation, flashings, terminations, and other incidental construction as per the specified drawings and details. The total base bid price must cover all labor, materials, and work described. Construction duration is limited to 90 calendar days to substantial completion. Instructions to bidders require examination and procurement of plans and specifications, submission of a bid bond amounting to five percent of the base bid, mandatory attendance at a pre-bid conference, and possession of a West Virginia Contractor's License. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids. Bids cannot be withdrawn for sixty days after opening. Bidders may contact Phillip A.
