WIN 027330.00 Map ID 1 is in Chesterville on Route 156 beginning at Route 41 and extending southwest 0.48 of a mile to bridge #3181. Map ID 2 is in Chesterville, Farmington, Jay and Wilton on Route 156 beginning 0.08 of a mile east of Pope Road and extending east 8.12 miles to the intersection of Route 2. Map ID 3 is in Farmington on Philbrick Street beginning at Croswell Road and extending east 0.18 mile to Route 2/27 Total length is 8.78 miles WIN 027334.00 Map ID 1 is in Farmington, Jay and Wilton on Route 133 beginning 0.09 of a mile north of the Osgood Road and extending north 9.51 miles to the intersection of Route 2. Total length is 9.5 miles. Outline of Work: Light Capital Paving Preservation and other incidental work. T T Y users call Maine Relay 711 Each Bid must be made upon blank forms provided by the Department and must be accompanied by a bid bond at 5% of the bid amount or an official bank check, cashier's check, certified check, certificate of deposit, or United States postal money order in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, payable to Treasurer, State of Maine as a Bid guarantee. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price, will be required of the successful Bidder.
