Installation of a new Lift Station No. 1 with three (3) submersible pumps, a new flow meter vault, installation of approximately 2,200 LF of new 8-inch force main, installation of approximately 105 LF of 16-inch gravity sewer between MH 127 and Lift Station No. 1, installation of three (3) new 48-inch manholes, and decommissioning and abandonment of the existing Lift Station No. 1. The Base Bid also includes the installation of a dewatering building which includes, but is not limited to, construction of a pre-engineered metal building, the installation of one (1) dewatering screw press, conveyor system, and one (1) polymer system, a makeup air unit, exhaust fan, unit heaters, oil/water separator, all associated earthwork, building foundation work, paving, piping, valves, and appurtenances, and all ancillary electrical and instrumentation controls work, a new electrical service, a solids pump station with two (2) positive displacement pumps, a centrate pump station with two (2) submersible pumps and collection manhole, including all associated piping, valves, appurtenances, and ancillary electrical and instrumentation controls work associated with each pump station.
