Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brocket, Alberta. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
Utility Infrastructure Assessment and Refurbishment - Castleview Ridge Estates - Oldman Dam Provincial Recreation Area. Scope of work includes: 1. Utility infrastructure upgrades within Blocks 6-8. West Block consists of Blocks 6 & 7. The goal is to repair, replace, and / or reconfigure all current AFP utility infrastructure and service connections within the West Block including but not limited to; main and Lot service sanitary sewer lines, watermains and Lot service lines, access chambers, fire hydrants, curb stops, valves, main and service power distribution conduit, electrical panels, and transformers. 2. Modernization of the AFP utility infrastructure and service connections buried under the main access road from the north end of Block 1 to the WTP. Stormwater management infrastructure will be refurbished within these Blocks as part of this project scope, along with full road rebuild (both asphalt and gravel surfaces). 3. WTP upgrades will also be required as needed to address current issues and ensure functionality of the system aligns with the scheduled upgrades. Future WTP improvements will be implemented based on the Final Report, but where efficiencies can be found the successful Proponent shall consider future improvements when recommending upgrades for the WTP. TIMELINE: Conceptual planning is underway by the engineering. Detailed design and IFT documents anticipated mid-year; followed by contractor procurement in early fall 2024. Further update may be available in August.
