Scope of work includes Otskoipik'saki Day Care Addition of Interior Gathering Space with an area of 95.36 sq. m. to the existing building: Architectural: Addition Wooden Frames, New Metal Roof (250 sq. m.), New Metal Roof Sheathing adjacent to New Roof (17 sq. m.), Gypsum Ceiling Board, Insulation, Weather Barriers Structural: Addition Roof Wood Trusses, Low Bearing Walls, Concrete Pile and Grade Beam, Slab, Structural Steel, Rough Carpentry Mechanical: Boiler for Floor Heating of Addition, Replacement of all HRVs, Re-routing of ductwork for Addition, Radon Mitigation, HVAC Zone Controller Electrical: Power, Data Lighting, Upgrading the Fire Alarm System, Heat Trace for the Roof for Addition Civil: Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, and Drainage, Topsoil Placement and Grading, Restoration of Site Work Secondary scope of work to be priced as separate lump sums with the addition, are as follows: Retrofitting of Existing Doors and Windows, as per drawing number A615 Additive Bid - Door & Window Replacement. Upgrading of Existing Electrical Lighting, as noted on E2.0 and E2.1. Replacement of the remainder of the Roof (434 sq. m.).
