Paving project in Madison Borough, Westmoreland County. Owner Rights: Madison Borough Council reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids. Mill 1.5 in. 1700 sf/mill in keyways/haul debris to an off site dump Dig Out: 426 sf, 3 patch areas, 8 in. deep/haul debris to an off site dump. Patch Area Pave: Provide and apply Bit Tack Coat prior to paving for adherence of new asphalt to existing surface. Overlay Paving Prep: Provide and install approximately 4 in. 2A and 4 in. of 25mm asphalt binder to meet existing grade/roll to compact. Pave: Provide and install 1 in. leveling course/roll to compact. Pave: Provide and install 1.5 in. 9.5 mm top wearing course overall/roll to compact.
