As of March 13, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The contract is awarded by the Municipality and start date depends on when it is awarded. Marcus Hook Community Center Re-Roofing Bids Must Be Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope Plainly Endorsed on the Outside for the Respective Bid and Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid, Made Payable to Marcus Hook Borough. Attention of Bidders is Called to All of the Requirements Contained in the Bid Package, Particularly to the Pa Prevailing Wage Rates, Public Works Employment Verification, Various Insurance Requirements, Various Equal Opportunity Provisions, and the Requirements for a Payment Bond and Performance Bond for 100% of the Contract Price and a One-year Maintenance Bond for 10% of the Contract Price. The Borough of Marcus Hook Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, or Parts Thereof, and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding as is in the Best Interest of the Borough.
