FY 2024 CDBG Streetscape Improvements - Walnut Street, from 10th to Dalton. Major bid items include 770 LF Curb, 3450 LF Sidewalk, 1025 SY Wearing Course Milling and Resurfacing and 6 Ornamental Street Lights. The successful bidder, who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay Program a fee of 1/3 of 1% of the contract award value. There is a minimum award fee of $150.00 and a maximum of $6,000.00. Bidders must confirm the fees associated with bidding through and the successful bidder is responsible for the fees associated with the awarded bid. A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to Marcus Hook Borough, must accompany each bid.
