The board heard the bid amount at its regular meeting March 25. BCD of Bardstown was the only company to submit a bid, and it was in the amount of $838,200. “We did only have one bid, but there were two at the pre-bid meeting, and there were three other local contractors that we called and invited to bid the day the bid package went to the printer,” said Craig Aossey, principal architect/managing partner with G. Scott & Associates. _____________________________ The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn without the consent of the Owner or forfeit of Bid Security for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the date for receipt of bids. Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be shipped by mail must forward the required deposit, as well as a separate check to Lynn Imaging for shipping costs (shipping costs are set by Lynn Imaging and are non-refundable). Questions or requests for clarification shall be directed to the Architect.
