Mowing and Landscape Plant Maintenance- Boone County Welcome Center Rest Area (District 6): Master Agreement for Mowing and for the Maintenance of landscape plantings; landscape trees and turf grass areas of the Boone County Welcome Center Rest Areas and the Loado meter Stations in Boone County and Kenton County. These plantings and turf grass areas are located at the Boone County Welcome Center Rest Area facility located on Southbound I-75 (MP 176.485), the Boone County Rest Area located on I-75 Northbound at mile-point 176.450, Commercial Vehicle Monitoring (CVM) Stations (Loado meter Stations) located in Boone County on I-71 Southbound at mile point 75.426 and in Kenton County on I-75 Southbound at mile point 168.627 in KYTC District Six. The Commonwealth of Kentucky reserves the right to renegotiate any terms and or conditions as may be necessary to meet requirements for the extended period. The vendor will be advised of any proposed revisions prior to the renewal periods. In the event proposed revisions cannot be agreed upon, either party shall have the right to withdraw without prejudice from either exercising the option or continuing the contract in an extended period.
