Demolition, site work and renovation of an educational facility in Lodi, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a six-room educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for demolition of existing center island cabinets, Sinks, Utility s. All utilities need to be terminated under a concrete slab. All electrical wiring needs to be removed back to the designated electrical panel and the breakers marked spare. New LVP Flooring (Metro Flor-- Deja ---Equal To or better than) Will be installed in all 6 classrooms. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work. The successful Bidder may substitute securities for any monies withheld by the District to ensure performance under the Contract, in accordance with the provisions of section 22300 of the Public Contract Code. The Contractor and all Subcontractors under the Contractor shall pay all workers on all Work performed pursuant to this Contract not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, State of California, for the type of work performed and the locality in which the work is to be performed within the boundaries of the District, pursuant to section 1770 et seq. of the California Labor Code. Prevailing wage rates are also available from the District or on the Internet. Demolition: Remove and dispose of existing cabinets, fixtures, flooring. Cut and Cap all necessary utility s pertaining to the scope below grade. All the wall cabinets remain in place. All water, gas, air, lines need to be terminated at their designated source. All the Electrical lines will to be demolished back to the electrical cabinet and removed from the breakers and the panel will be remarked. All data/phone will need to be pulled back to the IDF and removed from the IDF cabinet- Supply and install Metro Flor Deja (color is Waxed Griege Model# DN1445117) LVP for all 6 classrooms. Provide 1 case per room as spare after the job is completed. o Bidder to verify square footage. Mohawk walk off mats need to be installed at every door entrance. (Black in Color) Room numbers are: E52, E55, 70,71,72,73. License Requirement: A OR B Clean up the entire work area and remove any remaining debris. Job needs to be completed during Summer Break June 3, 2024- July 25, 2024 . To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or both of the following State of California contractors license(s) : Classification of Contractor's License for this work shall be an A and/or B The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to the Labor Code. In accordance with the provisions of Section 1770 and 1773 of the Labor Code, owner has obtained from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, the general prevailing rate of wages applicable to the work to be done. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the District awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening.
