The Asphalt Resurfacing of Section A of Hall Road (TR-0109), from Taylor Wells Road (TR-0113) to Claridon Troy Road (CH-0003). The project locations are generally shown on the Location Map. The work shall include improvement of approximately 0.73 miles of roadway. All work for this project shall be completed within the construction limits. Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 153, the bid must be accompanied by an original sealed document (uploaded for digital bids) in the form of a bond for the full amount of the bid (100%). Otherwise, each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 1305. All digital Bidders must submittal original documents within three (3) business days of the bid opening.
