Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

The City of Fort Saskatchewan invites proposals for the design and installation of 50mm HDPE conduit underground at six locations within the City of Fort Saskatchewan. The scope of work for this project consists of installing 50mm HDPE conduit at/between the following locations within the City of Fort Saskatchewan and connecting into existing conduit pathways. Please refer to Section 10 Drawings. a) Historic Precinct / Museum Washroom (10006 100 Ave) Conduit to be installed from Historic Precinct (Warden's House) to the washroom facilities approximately 100m North as referenced in Section 10, Drawing B. Approximate length of new conduit is 100 meters. b) Legacy Park / CN Station (10030 99 Ave) Conduit to be installed from CN Station across Legacy Park to 100 Ave in front of Historic precinct approximately 220m as referenced in Section 10 Drawing C. Approximate length of new conduit is 225 meters. c) Pryce Alderson Park -Spray Park (Westpark Drive) Conduit to be installed from Spray Park Facility and tie into existing conduit as detailed in Section 10 Drawing A. Approximate length of new conduit is 375 meters. d) Boat Launch (River Valley Road to river) Conduit to be installed from Boat Launch to West River's Edge Pavillion as referenced in Section 10 Drawing D. Estimated length of new conduit is 250 meters. e) Windsor Point Lift Station (Windsor Pointe - Across from Andy's Place Playground) Conduit to be installed from Windsor Pointe Lift Station to West River's Edge Pavilion as referenced in Section 10 Drawing E. Approximate length of new conduit is 1,100 meters f) River Road Lift Station (North on River Road past Fort Lions Campground) Conduit to be installed from River Road Lift Station to City Hall as reference in Section 10 Drawing F1 and F2. Approximate length of conduit using trenching or directional drilling method is 2,700 meters. Approximate length of new conduit requiring directional drilling is 300 meters.
