This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Regina (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for McCarthy Boulevard Pumping Station South Forcemain Inspection as further described in Section A of the RFP. The City requires consulting services to conduct the McCarthy Boulevard Pumping Station South Forcemain Inspection (MBPS) inspection project including the coated steel pipes installed in 2008 and the steel pipe installed in 1958. The objectives are to have a consulting firm to provide consulting and engineering services to inspect the MBPS south forcemain to assess the condition and integrity to ensure its continued safe and efficient operation. Upon successful completion and acceptance of the Inspection phase, the City will have the option to extend the contract with the successful proponent to provide detailed design services and oversee the implementation of their recommendations. However, this extension is contingent upon the satisfactory performance and approval of the Inspection phase, and City's budget availability. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Deadline for Questions Tuesday, March 12, 2024
