DS 001 Demolition & Site Work SF001 Security Fence GT001 General Trades ES001 Electrical & Sound Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to (10%) of the Base Bid is Required from All Bidders. Guarantee Bonds in the Form of a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in an Amount Equal to (100%) of the Bid Will Be Required From the Awarded Bidders. The Work Will Be Done in Accordance With the Contract Documents. failure to Comply with the Requirements of This Invitation to Bid Will Result in the Disqualification of the Bidder This contract calls for the construction of a public work, within the meaning of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act 820 ILCS 130/.01 et seq. ("the act"). The Act requires contractors and subcontractors to pay laborers, workers and mechanics performing services on public works projects no less than the "prevailing rate of wages" (hourly cash wages plus fringe benefits) in the county where the work is being performed. Hcusd2 Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. This Invitation is Issued in The Name of Hcusd2. All Information Submitted as Part of This Process Shall Be Considered Public Information Under the State Freedom of Information Act Unless Specifically Disclosed on the Applicable Information by Bidder. Challenges to Such Exemptions Shall Be Defended Solely by the Bidder.
