Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Working plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Goldsboro's Water Reclamation Facility located on 714 Arrington Bridge Rd treats sanitary sewer and discharges into the Neuse River Basin. In June of 2000, capacity of the facility increased from 10.8 MGD to 14.2 MGD and was anticipated to provide capacity until 2040. Robust growth in the service area already provides average daily flows >8.66 MGD and allocated not yet tributary flows exceed 81.48% of the 14.2MGD capacity. Expansion is required to accommodate long-term capacity needs. This project will assess the existing assets (including equipment, structures, and buildings), design, permitting, and construction to upgrade at 714 Arrington Bridge Rd WRF to a capacity of 17.6 MGD.
