Renovation of a municipal facility in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County of Wayne is soliciting sealed proposals for the removal and installation of new roofing materials at the building located at 209 William St, Goldsboro, NC. Deadline for Written Questions: March 28th, 2024. All questions pertaining to this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be submitted in writing no later than Thursday March 28th , 2024 and will be answered by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, April 2nd. Questions may be faxed to Mandy Trujillo at fax # (919) 731-1388 or emailed to: amanda.trujillo@waynegov.com. Award of Contract The successful vendor will be notified in writing within ninety (90) days, or sooner, after the receipt of proposals. Verbal notification of award is not considered a liable mode of notification and therefore will not be recognized as an official notification. Upon issuance of a contract award by the County, the successful bidder will perform the services as specified at the stated prices, within the time specified, in accordance with all provisions of the proposal documents.
