The Department of Adult Correction invites experienced design firms to submit qualifications to provide design, bidding, construction administration, and closeout services for exterior envelope repairs on five (5) existing brick buildings (Buildings, A, B, C, D, and Administration) at the DART Center (formerly DART Cherry) located in Goldsboro, NC An advanced planning study has been completed by Raymond Engineering and potential corrective approaches have been outlined in the planning study. These approaches can be summarized into: (1) repairing/repointing of buildings (2) installing brick veneer or EIFS Full design services are required and will include all submittal requirements for the State Construction Office for all submittal phases, Cost Estimates updated at each phase with each SCO submittal, with Technical Specifications edited with Masterworks in Masterspec 2006, bidding services, construction administration services, record drawings in both AutoCAD (latest version) and Revit, and project closeout as defined by the State Construction Manual (Twelfth Ed.
