The routes covered are within Talbot County. 8 miles of MD 331, 18 miles of MD 328, 46.34 miles of MD 33, 10 miles of MD 322, and 20 miles of MD 333. This covers the SHA right of way on both sides of the roadway. Small Business Reserve Designation Yes. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with COMAR 21.05.07 Small Procurement Regulations ($50,000 or Less). No pre-bid conference will be held. A site visit to review conditions on State Highways in Talbot County is highly encouraged prior to bidding. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to Certified Small Business vendors. Only vendors that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article Subsections 14-501 14-25, Annotated Code of Maryland, and who are registered with the Department of General Services Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for award of a contract. Small business bid for pre-scheduled Roadside Litter along the following routes within Talbot County. Please note that distances are for a total of both directions of route: MD 331-8 miles, MD 328-18 miles, MD 33-46.34 miles, MD 322-10 miles, MD 333-20 miles. This Approximate start time is November with a crew of four (4). Provide your own truck. Bids are lump sum for an entire cycle of 102.34 miles in total. Bids are for 4 cycles. The Administration reserves the right to deduct from money due to the Contractor, any cost incurred for the repair and/or replacement of Administration property damaged by the Contractor.
