Bidder will fill in the blank on the bid form for the number of calendar days for the substantial completion period of performance from date of Notice to Proceed. Final Completion shall be achieved within 30 calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion. The Wastewater Treatment Plant is located at 21615 Dawn Timbers Court, Humble, Texas 77338. The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and plant to construct the Wastewater Treatment Plant Dewatering Improvements for Harris County Municipal District No. 26. The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, bonds and insurance; demolition of existing equipment and structures; construction of dewatering building and dumpster pad structure with retaining walls, equipment pads, stairs with handrails, walkway platforms, and pipe supports, and a pre-engineered canopy; belt press and polymer feed system; odor control system; sludge and yard piping, fittings, and valves; miscellaneous site work; electrical work including conduit, wire, duct bank, junction boxes, lighting panel, lighting; control panels; mobile dewatering; and all else necessary for a complete functional dewatering system. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, you must provide Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 26 (the "District") with a printed, executed and notarized original of a complete Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) at the time of the bid opening. Failure to do so will result in the District's inability to execute the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 calendar days from the date bids are open.
