Structural point repairs to the Depot building located at 1 Harbor Drive in the City of Grand Haven, MI where a car recently damaged the building on the east side of the structure. T The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. There will not be a pre-bid conference held for this project. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, services, and documentation necessary to construct the Project defined herein. The Work may include related services such as testing, start-up, and commissioning, all as required by the Contract Documents The Work shall Commence no earlier than March 25, 2024 The Work will be substantially complete on or before May 1, 2024. The Work will be completed and ready for final payment on or before May 17, 2024.
