The purpose of this RFP is to obtain the services of a reputable and competent service provider that can provide General Landscaping Services at these properties during the months of April - November. Services shall include the following; grooming, grass mowing, plant & shrub maintenance, following cutting specifications, and a final fall cleanup. The term of this contract is for a period of 2 (two) years and shall commence upon execution of contract for services. The projected start date of this contract is April 15, 2024 and shall conclude on November 15, 2025. CreateTO, at its absolute and sole discretion, reserves the right to extend this contract for an additional 1 (one) year.
