Overview: Toronto District School Board (the Board or TDSB) is a public English school board operating in the City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario. It is the largest school board in Canada and the fourth largest in North America. TDSB operates approximately 584 schools and provides educational services to approximately 246,000 students each year and employs approximately 40,000 employees. The workforce is largely unionized, with the majority of employees belonging to numerous bargaining units. The Toronto District School Board intends to secure Contracts with qualified Bidders for the Supply of Facilities Specialty Electronic & Electrical Items to the TDSB Distribution Center or the TDSB Eastern Stockroom during the period below in accordance with this Request. TERM: The successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into a contract which will be effective for a Two (2) year firm price period from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2026. If Bidder cannot quote firm prices for the contract period, Bidder must state clearly in his submission the basis on which prices are submitted.
