The Owner has developed a goal of ten percent (10%) for participation of minority-owned and women-owned business enterprises in construction contracts awarded pursuant to NCGS 143- 128. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all BIDS and to award both Parts, either Part or neither Part of this project.
