The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than August 23, 2024. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty and must meet all requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code and the Instructions to Bidders. All work shall be carried out in compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations that apply to the work. Any project specification item in conflict with a federal, state, or local law, rule or regulation, shall be void. This project falls under the State of Ohio Prevailing Wage requirements. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities in a bid, or to accept that bid which in the judgment of proper officials is to the best interest of the County.
