Site work and paving for a road / highway in Port Clinton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than September 13, 2024. All contractors and subcontractors involved with this project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty and must meet all requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code and the Instructions to Bidders. All work shall be carried out in compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations that apply to the work. Any project specification item in conflict with a federal, state, or local law, rule or regulation, shall be void. This project falls under the State of Ohio Prevailing Wage requirements. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities in a bid, or to accept that bid which in the judgment of proper officials is to the best interest of the County. The Board also reserves the right to delay the award of this project until July as per O.R.C. Section 153.12A.
