Estimate Cost Base: $443,373.80 Alt 1 -$11,750 Alt 2 -$14,950 The scope of the work consists of road repairs, milling, resurfacing, sidewalk,and curb work, and any necessary appurtenances. Proposals must be submitted on the form furnished by the City; must contain the full name of every person interested therein and shall be accompanied by abid guarantee of a bond as required in Section 153.54 (A) of the Ohio Revised Code with a satisfactory surety or accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than ten (10%) per cent of the amount of the proposal by a Certified Check,Cashiers Check or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 and Section 153.54of the Ohio Revised Code on a solvent bank, subject to the conditions provided in the Notice to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
