Project Description (Brief): Provide Excavation and Water System Repair Services for the Pcmc Public Utilities Department. PCMC is soliciting Proposals for excavation and water system repair, replacement, maintenance, and similar services to provide routine and emergency services. Routine work is work that can be scheduled with the contractor within a two week window and shall commence only after PCMC staff approve a written quote. Emergency work requires the contractor to be on-site within a two-hour period after being notified and respond on a time and materials basis without providing a prior written quote for the work. Contractors must be available for emergency work to submit a Proposal. o Install a fire hydrant. o Install a service lateral. o Rebuild a water meter vault. o Replace a water valve. o Replacing improvements damaged during routine activities, typically asphalt or concrete repair. o Repair damaged fire hydrants. o Repair a water main break. In the Event of Difficulty Submitting Proposals Electronically, Proposals Can Be Dropped Off at the Office of The City Recorder, Located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor - Executive Department, Park City, Ut 84060. Soqs Submitted to the City Recorder Should Be Delivered on a Zip Drive. No Paper Copies Should Be Submitted.
