Description: The City of Conroe hereby solicits quotes for repair the foundation and sidewalk at Carl Barton, Jr. Park Soccer Complex. SCOPE OF WORK/ SPECIFICATIONS General Specifications 1. Contractor shall inspect & survey scope of work prior to submitting quote 2. Contract shall supply all labor, materials and equipment needed to complete repair services 3. Contractor shall drill holes in concrete foundation to receive high density expandable polyurethane foam under concrete building foundation 4. Contractor shall inject high density polyurethane expandable foam needed to raise and stabilize building foundation 5. Contractor shall drill holes in concrete sidewalk to receive high density expandable foam under sidewalk 6. Contractor shall inject high density expandable polyurethane foam under concrete sidewalk to raise and stabilize sidewalk to achieve a cross slope of less than 2% 7. Contractor shall seal all drill holes in area of work with concrete patch Owner - The City reserves the right to award parts of bids, reject any or all bids and to waive technical irregularities in the bids.
