Roof Replacement /Repairs to the Prairie RCDC building (formerly Prairie Elementary School) located on Hwy 382 in Prairie, Mississippi. Proposals must be accompanied by proposal security in the form of acceptable Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%)of the base bid; such security to be for feited as liquidated damages, not penalty, by any bidder who may be awarded the contract, but who fails to carry out the terms of the proposal, execute contract and post-performance bond in the form and amount within the time specified. The Monroe County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
