Arcadia Local Schools - Secure Entry located at 19033 State Route 12, Arcadia, Ohio in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Beilharz Architects, Inc. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of cither a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (base bid plus all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (base bid plus all add alternates), in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Questions submitted later than 4 business days prior to the scheduled bid opening may not be answered.
