Saving Project...

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Marshall, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work includes improvements at the Highway 23 Lift Station, including the construction of approximately: 1. Removal of existing pumps and wet well piping. 2. Coating of wet well structure. 3. Furnish and install new piping. 4. Install owner-furnished submersible pumps. 5. Bypass pumping. together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. The plan holders list, addendums, and bid tabulations will be available for download online. Any addendums may also be distributed by mail, fax, or email. Prospective bidders must register as a Plan Holder to download plans and specifications. Bid results will be posted to the City of Marshall website. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. Question Deadline 03/06/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
