Rebid One-time Landscape Cleanup and Landscape Maintenance Services at the Norco DMV Field Office Purpose and Description of Services A. One-time landscape cleanup and landscape maintenance services at the Norco DMV Field Office. Term: 36 months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Note: Please be aware, due to the possibility of severe drought conditions, the Governor of California may issue an Executive Order to restrict water usage during the term of this Agreement. If an Executive Order to restrict water usage is issued during the term of this Agreement, the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) may choose to not enforce certain provisions of Exhibit A, specifically those referring to plant replacement. DMV will notify the contractor if any Executive Order is issued that could affect the provisions of this Agreement. Written questions regarding IFB are due by: 4/24/2024 5:00PM Term: 36 months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Estimated Cost: $39,351.00 The DMV reserves the right to bar any Contractor‘s employee from a DMV work site.
