Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Norco, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Pre-Engineered Metal Building for Bluff St Booster Station The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Contract Documents, Specifications and Plans for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of design and construction of an approximately 1,300 square foot pre-manufactured metal building (approximately 33' x 40' x 12' high at the eave) on an existing concrete pad recently construction for a water booster pump station. Additional work shall include but not be limited to installation of rollup door, single manway door, sliding/removable roof hatches to accommodate pump removals, vent fans on thermostat, track lighting, and misc. electrical work required. There are 45 working days allowed to complete this project. Liquidated damages shall be assessed at $500.00 per working day. The time utilized to fabricate the new metal building shall NOT be counted against the Contractor's working days
