The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of general grading, pavement reconstruction, construct sidewalk and ADA Ramp with Handrail, and other improvements on Parmenter Park Parking Lot to the satisfaction and acceptance of the City Engineer. The City of Norco anticipates this project to start on November 18, 2024, access to the baseball field at Parmenter Park needs to remain accessible to park users.
