Site work for a swimming pool in Shelbyville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a 6,600-square-foot swimming pool.

Hoy Construction was awarded this project. Project includes tear out of 6,600 sq ft of existing tile decking, reset existing diving board, replace and set new diving blocks, reset handicap lift chair, resurface 6,600 sq ft of concrete deck with steps and paint concrete block walls of the natatorium. Project to be completed within 30-60 days from the start date. Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds will be used to fund the project. All funding is contingent upon compliance with ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds award. The Parks reserves the right to: accept the bid deemed to be in its best interest, not necessarily the lowest bid; the right to disqualify bids deemed to be defective: and the right to waive defects in bids where such defects are not deemed significant.
