Sites in this package include Ainsworth, Bridlemile, East Sylvan Forest park, Robert Gray, Hayhurst, Skyline, West Sylvan Unit costs for additional abatement will be provided. Time is of the essence. The Contractor shall closely coordinate its work with District and other contractors to achieve timely completion. Contractor acknowledges and has considered overall fabrication, long lead items and detailed installation relative to Districts specified schedule dates. Costs of any nature to any party resulting from the Contractors failure to comply with the requirements of the schedule shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.
