Reference Number 0000265152 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/14 11:00:00 AM EDT Summer Grounds Maintenance - Various Locations SCDSB invites Bidders to submit Quotations to provide the following Services including all related labour, travel, materials, tools, other equipment, and supervision of Services to meet or exceed the requirements of SCDSB as set out in this RFT: Primary Deliverables for RFT Evaluation - (as per Appendix B - Rate Bid Form) Grounds Maintenance; . Grass/ Weed Trimming and clipping collection; . Garbage collection; . Athletic Field Fertilization - St Charles College & St Benedict CSS (Spring and Fall). Ground maintenance shall include but is not limited to: Clean up of any debris or garbage in the yards and parking lots; Ditch and courtyard maintenance; and Keep all ditches and watercourses clear of debris, garbage and plant growth that would impede flow. Pick up debris and garbage from all areas of school grounds, including both sides of school fences when adjacent properties are vacant or public property. Dispose of all garbage, debris, waste and cuttings in school bins upon approval of the operation supervisor or designate. Remove large rocks, boulders, stones, loose asphalt and other foreign objects that may be picked up and thrown through windows. Clean access to all catch basins and manholes. Maintain, school courtyards as per the schedule in Section 2.3.1. The Supplier is required to sign in at main office in order to acquire access to the courtyard. The Supplier will be required to coordinate this work with the school principal/ custodian. Fill potholes on lawn and playing fields where tripping may occur. Grass Cutting/ Weed Trimming including: Sweep all walkways only after all cutting and trimming is complete. Clear of grass clippings, debris and foreign objects parking lots. Cut all grassed areas (as defined in maps), including ditches and fence lines once every two weeks unless otherwise specified.
