Morgan County Board of Commissioners are seeking bids to purchase sod at the new athletic complex and community center currently under construction. The request is for the purchase and delivery of the sod. The general contractor, Parrish Construction, will install the sod. Each bid shall constitute a firm offer that is binding for ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening, unless the bidder takes exception to this provision in writing. Morgan County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality or technicality and to accept that proposal which, in the judgement of the proper officials, is in the best interest of Morgan County. All questions about this RFP and submission requirements must be directed in writing to our project manager, Jeff Prine via email at jprine@ascension-pm.com. All questions must be submitted by Tuesday February 13, 2024. Any unauthorized contact shall not be responded to and may result in the disqualification of the responder's submittal. Answers to questions submitted will be communicated to respondents via email. Questions may be submitted until Wednesday February 28, 2024.
