Colorado Springs School District 11 is requesting proposals from Contractors to perform a domestic water re-pipe at Chipeta Elementary School. Construction for replacing the domestic water piping system at Chipeta Elementary School in Summer 2024. Construction shall adhere to the Designs by Bridgers & Paxton and D11 Standards. The work includes: o Construct a new domestic boiler plant o Replace all domestic water piping to drinking sources. o Install isolation valves at each bathroom. o Provide mechanical, plumbing, architectural, structural, electrical, and other construction services as necessary. o Coordinate and work with Design engineer (Bridgers & Paxton) and all required Subs, o Coordinate with Long Controls to connect the system to the new N4 JACE to allow for tank temp monitor and boiler alarms only. (Monitoring only - no remote) Please reference the drawings for a complete description of the work.
