Site work and new construction of a civil project in Spallumcheen, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Township of Spallumcheen (ToS) has formed a partnership with the Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) to deliver a regional wastewater recovery project. The Township of Spallumcheen will be the Owner for the purposes of this work. Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Township of Spallumcheen, here after referred to as the "Township" or the "Owner", invites Proposals for the construction of the wastewater treatment system for Phase 1 of the North Okanagan Wastewater Recovery Project (NOWRP). Construction includes: Duplex lift station with a capacity of 100 L/s 110 m2 Blower and Chemical Building 24 ML Partial Mix Lagoons x 2 5 ML Polishing Pond 180 ML Reclaimed Storage Pond Documents can be obtained from https://urbansystems.bidsandtenders.ca/ Deadline for Questions March 19, 2024 at 2:00 PM PST Bid values are undisclosed.
