Fencing for NewBo Dog Park Suppliers are solely responsible for correctly submitting their response into the electronic system (Online). After an award is made, a bid tabulation summary will be sent to all companies who submitted a bid. Bid results will not be given over the telephone or prior to award. Bids may be withdrawn any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids; no bid may be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days thereafter. Payment and Performance Bonds - Awarded Contractor shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in an amount equal to the Contract price as security for the faithful performance and payment of all Contractor's obligations under the Contract documents. These bonds shall remain in effect at least until two years after the Work is fully accepted by the City. Bonds shall be submitted within ten (10) days of award. Bond Forms are provided in the Attachment Section of this Request for Bid. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to request rebids; to award bids item by-item, by groups or lump sum; and to waive technicalities and formalities where is it deemed advisable in protection of the best interests of the City. Any omission or question of interpretation of the specification that affects the performance or integrity of the service being offered shall be addressed in writing and submitted with the Bid.
