Davis County Government (the "County") owns the Davis County Criminal Complex located at 800 West State Street, Farmington, Utah (the "Facility"). The Facility is operated by the Davis County Sheriff's Office. The County plans to build a new Sanitary Screen and Lift Station Facility (the "Project") on the criminal complex property. The new facility will screen deleterious material from raw waster in the gravity sewage collection system. Screened wastewater will be pumped back to the downstream gravity collection line and continue on to the main sewage collection system. Screened material will be washed and compacted for disposal in a dumpster.
