Hogan & Associates Construction, Inc., Construction Manager General Contractor (CMGC ) For Davis County, Is Requesting Bids For The Davis County Sheriffs Office Emergency Operations Center All Project Correspondence Including RFIs Clarifications Requests And Product Approval Requests Must Be Emailed To Rick Sandberg (Rsandberg@hoganconstruction.com). All Correspondence Must Include Proper Backup With Clear Description Of Questions/request And References To Plan Pages, Details, Specification Sections, Etc. The Owner Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids Or Proposals Or To Waive Any Formality Or Technicality Deemed In Its Best Interest. Qualifications May Be Requested, Before Or After The Bid Date, Of Any Bidder. Federal Funding Requirements: This Project Is Being Supported, In Whole Or In Part, By Coronavirus State And Local Recovery Funds, Federal Award Slfrp0140, Awarded To Davis County Government By The U.S. Department Of Treasury. Due To The Federal Funding, This Project Will Be Subject To Davis-bacon Wages. See Davis-bacon Prevailing Wage Requirements Attachment Within The Bid Documents. All Awarded Subcontractors Will Be Required To Be Registered online. Subcontractors (And All Sub-tiers Of Subcontractors) Will Need To Comply With, And Will Be Part Of All Subcontracts - Exhibit 3 - "Binding Provision" And Exhibit B - "Davis-bacon And Copeland Antikickback Act".
