**As of April11, 2024, This project has been awarded to Geometric Construction, Inc., with the awarded amount of $129,309.70.** Estimated Bid Value $129,600.00 Start/Delivery Date: April 2024 Project Duration: Thirty Five (35) Working Days Scope of Services The project consists of remediation of the roof of the Clovis Senior Center. Construction shall include, temporary shoring and fencing, dust control, demolition, removal and disposal of perimeter trellis, glulam beam replacement, exterior beam repair type I, type II. Construction shall also consist of retrofitting damaged exterior beams and trellis beam repairs, installation of new siding and painting the exterior of the building, installation of beam caps.
